[x264-devel] x264 vbv setting mismatch

Hi,

When I use x264 2-pass encoding, if set the VBV buffer/max bitrate, I got
diffent results(es, stats) for 2 times running. Does anyone meet such
problem?

Version: x264-snapshot-20131110-2245

The paramter settings are very simple:
./x264 --bitrate 600 --vbv-bufsize 600 --vbv-maxrate 600 -o es1.264
/data/test/yuv/Mobile_720x576.yuv 720x576
