[x264-devel] x264 configure options.

Hi
When I compile FFmpeg, I use a temporary local build of x264 to provide the library.
Already I use these configuration options for x264:-
--disable-cli       
--disable-opencl        
--disable-avs           
--disable-swscale       
--disable-lavf          
--disable-ffms          
--disable-gpac

But what about:-
--disable-asm 
Is YASM needed when only building the library?
(It would speed up the job to compile x264 without YASM)
