[x264-devel] Encoding text content using x264

Hi,

      I would like to encode videos which has lot of text webpages.
Currently, I'm using veryfast preset and zerolatency. Whenever, the text
page in the video was scrolled down/up fastly, the text becomes blurrier
and then returns normal when the scrolling stopped.
Is there any specific x264 settings for encoding input content which
consists of mostly text, so that the text are sharp and clear even for
faster scrolling?
