[x264-devel] Issues compiling with x264

Hello guys

I compiled x264 with success, exactly like described in
https://gist.github.com/binarykitchen/5230096

But when I want to compile avconv together with x264 I get this error
message:

$ sudo ./configure --enable-gpl --enable-libx264 --enable-libvpx
ERROR: libx264 not found

Can you explain this?
