[x264-devel] Some arm cleanup

Hi

here some arm specific cleanup patches. The first one consitently
indents .macro/.endm on column 0 in common/arm/asm.S. The second patch
marks all internal asm function as not exported. This is based on
libavutil's arm/asm.S. Patch 3 and 4 fixes all compilation warnings in
common/arm. The patches are avalable from:
