[x264-devel] Bug with flashing scene

Hi guys,
thanks for the replies. I should have mentioned, this is a 2-pass encode. I
left the second command line out just to save space. Of course the second
pass command line arguments are the same, just with --pass 2.

Will try doing a 1-thread version now as a workaround! Thanks!
