This is the forty-third x264 development newsletter. This is a regular
email containing updates on fixes and improvements in the most recent
x264 push, along with updates on what's coming next.  Previous
versions can be found in the mailing list archives.

Fixes:

configure: fix build with Clang 3.4 on OS X.

ppc: fix build on certain PowerPC variants without Altivec.

arm: fix build with high bit depth

Improvements:

x86: various minor asm optimizations

arm/neon: lots of asm improvements, significant performance improvement overall.
