This is the forty-fifth x264 development newsletter. This is a regular
email containing updates on fixes and improvements in the most recent
x264 push, along with updates on what's coming next. Previous versions
can be found in the mailing list archives.

Fixes:

Fix a memory leak with select_every filter.

Various ARM configure and build fixes.

Improvements:

aarch64 support, plus loads of assembly; should be reasonably fast!

Update to the current LAVF API; fixes some issues with --seek.
