[x264-devel] Issue with interlaced encoding and preset ultrafast

hello x264 developers,
this is my first post on this mailing list.
I recently had a discussion with ffmpeg guys about the issue in subject.

ffmpeg guys suggested me to ask here because they are not sure if the
problem is related to ffmpeg or libx264.
