[x264-devel] [PATCH 0 of 3 ] Add support for direct compiles of x264 within VC12

Building x264 within VC12 requires a recent cmake to generate a solution.

VC12 still has one big bug in C99 support, requiring a few minor
changes to be made to several files.

If these patches are accepted, MCW offers to do automated testing of the git repos and send patches whenever the VC12 compile is broken.
