Hi all,

When use x264 for 2 pass encoding, I find there is a big VQ gap at I frame.
I captured some logs as below:
The avg QP of index 6299 I frame jumps to 54.79, which make the total
frame is blur.
The content of the source steam is courseware, the most frames are still
only with some characters change.

What's the problem? Is it a bug of x264?

Thanks,
Kevin
