[x264-devel] x264 added to ABI tracker

Hi,

I've just added x264 library to the Linux upstream ABI tracker: 
http://upstream-tracker.org/versions/x264.html

You can see changes in the ABI interface of the library since 2005/09/01 
on the page: added and removed symbols, changes in structures and 
constants, etc.
