[x264-devel] x264 Ultrafast encofing and "High" Profile result in "Baseline"

Hi,
I've noticed that while encoding (in this case it's screen capturing) if
you set the preset to "ultrafast" and encoding profile to high, the
produced video is always encoded in "baseline"
I saw this happening when encoding using VLC & FFmpeg.
not sure if it's a bug or some sort of limitation.
