[x264-devel] 6 Patches: Fix bug on POWER LE

, Hi,
 We propose patches to fix the bug for x264 to run on POWER LE. There are 6 patches totally, fix bugs in config.guss, configure, x264/common/ppc/ppccommon.h, x264/common/ppc/mc.cx264/common/ppc/dct.c, x264/common/ppc/quant.c.
  
 Before these patches, the video encoded on POWER LE is diffective like this:
