[x264-devel] Levels 4.2, and 5.x with x264

Seems that x264 will encode at levels 4.2 and 5.x as MBAFF if the interlace parameter is set.  Shouldn't it be forcing the frames to be progressive, i.e. frame_mbs_only_flag = 1?
