[x264-devel] link errors

[Devivi, A A CIV USN NAVSURFWARCEN DAH VA (USA)]

Pulled the latest snapshot from the repo tagged 20190331-2245. Compiling on RHEL 7.5 and I receive link errors about multiple definitions for x264_encoder_close and all of the other api calls. Seems they are defined in api.c and in x264.h. I have configured with -enable-static -enable-pic.
