[x264-devel] [x264][PATCH]Add: End of Sequence and End of Stream NAL units

Hi,

One of our customers wants to transcode media files to h.264 ts. The
outputs are then ingested to another encoder that shall encode directly to
a DAM Karaoke Machine. This requires that we add the End of Stream and End
of Sequence markers.
