[Translators] VLC for Android Lithuanian Translation

Hello,
I recently noticed, that you added my *Lithuanian* translation of "VLC for
Android", which I have sent You in December 2020. I am very happy and want
to give you new translation files. I have updated/beautified/added missing
translation of "VLC for Android". They are made for "VLC for Android"
v3.4.2. Please update them. Thank You.

P.S. Please don't send me transifex link, just use translation files if you
like.
