[vlc-devel] Swedish translation

[Daniel Nylander]

I tried to contact Joel Arvidsson who is listed as maintainer for the
Swedish translation of vlc.
The mail bounced so I guess he's not maintaining the translation any more.

So, I started a new swedish translation which is attached to this mail.
It is not yet complete but it includes all the normal functionality.
