[Android] [PATCH] MainActivity, VideoGrid, AudioBrowser, Directories, & History: focus related functional improvements

Hi Edward,

I'd like to reduce or improve the patch.

1. The nextFocus attribute values in media_library resources for the
ActionBar menu appear ineffective. Which event do you recommend I use to
set nextFocus attributes for ActionBar menu items such as ml_menu_search ?

2. The ID and nextFocus attributes for the ActionBar icon remain
uninitialized with a value of -1. As opposed to waiting for focus to update
these attributes, within which event would you recommend I set the ID ?
