[bTSstream-devel] DVB Simulcrypt EMMG interface

Hello,

I attached a git patch which adds encoder and decoder for DVB
Simulcrypt EMMG interface.
It is compliant with ETSI TS 103 197 V1.3.1 (2003-01).

Please let me know if you have any comment or suggestion regarding
this implementation.
