Dear VideoLAN users,

It is my pleasure to announce biTStream version 1.1, a development library for multimedia projects. BiTStream is continuously improved, and this release adds parsers for the following structures:

 * Elementary streams MPEG video and audio, AAC, A/52, Opus, H264 and DVB subtitles
 * SMPTE 2022-1 Forward Error Correction
 * DVB Simulcrypt EMMG interface
 * IEEE 802.3 Ethernet frames
 * IP and UDP headers
 * IETF RTCP
 * SCTE-35 Splice Information Table
