[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Fix SDT/EIT/TDT output

Hi,

   attached patch fixes SDTCallback to correctly remove SDT entries which
have been withdrawn. Based on p_output->p_sdt_section, we can now correctly
decide whether we should send out TDT. EIT is again sent unconditionally,
as per Andy's comment.
