So it appears to be a little more subtle then I had expected. Both
patches (diseqc.patch and diseqc-2.patch) BUT ONLY with specific
frequencies.

For example:

Channel 4 MUX (FTA):
sudo ./dvblast -u -d 239.232.232.1:3000 -f 10714000 -a 0 -n 0 -e -t 3 -v
18 -s 22000000 -S 3

Works fine, switches to the correct DiSEqC input (ASTRA 28.2E).

ITV 1 London MUX (FTA):
sudo ./dvblast -u -d 239.232.232.1:3000 -f 10758000 -a 0 -n 0 -e -t 3 -v
13 -s 22000000 -S 3

Works fine, switches to the correct DiSEqC input (ASTRA 28.2E).

BBC One England MUX (FTA):
sudo ./dvblast -u -d 239.232.232.1:3000 -f 10773000 -a 0 -n 0 -e -t 3 -v
18 -s 22000000 -S 3

Fails, switches to the default DiSEqC input (ASTRA 19.2E)

I see the same behaviour on the other position (Hotbird 13E)

1st SSR MUX (radio is FTA)
sudo ./dvblast -u -d 239.232.232.1:3000 -f 11526000 -a 0 -n 0 -e -t 3 -v
18 -s 27500000 -S 2

Works fine, switches to the correct DiSEqC input (Hotbird 13E).

2nd SSR MUX (radio is FTA)
sudo ./dvblast -u -d 239.232.232.1:3000 -f 12399000 -a 0 -n 0 -e -t 3 -v
18 -s 27500000 -S 2

Fails, switches to the default DiSEqC input (ASTRA 19.2E)

I've not tested every single frequency on both satellites but there does
seem to be a trend here.

Thomas
