[dvblast-devel] [PATCH] Fix CAM poll timing

Hi,

   attached is a patch, which corrects CAM poll timing according to EN50221.
It's very important to get a new wallclock value after CAM poll is
completed, since this operation could take >100 msec. In such case the
unpatched code schedules next poll immediately, which causes DVR overruns.

We also need to change MAX_TPDU_SIZE to 4096, since there are CAMs which
return almost 3 kB of data for entitlements list.
