[dvblast-devel] TT-Budget S2-3200 + CAM and scrabled channels - trouble

Sorry for my english, and please help.
I have TT-budget 3200 + CAM and try to stream some channels.
my conf files
W75.conf

My start script
dvblast_W75_start.sh
/usr/sbin/dvblast -f 12670000 -s 22000000 -t 12 -a 1 -v 0 -c
/usr/local/etc/iptv/W75.conf
If I comment line "225.1.75.1:1234 1 1000
1001,1002" all work fine, but if i try to stream scrambled channels
dvblast stop and than start again., and other channels stopped for ~5
seconds. Discovery channel do not descrambled. Vlc player on client
station say "DRM".
The Access Card work fine with other recievers, its open and legal.
I'm use Ubuntu with last update, kernel is 2.6.26-2-686
I'm use last v4l drivers.
Also i try to use VLC,
Is it problem with CAM-module drivers or dvblast? And how i can try to
see scrambled channels?
