Have you tried moving your satellite card to a different slot?  The logs 
you are getting smack of something missing interrupts or not being able 
to handle the bandwidth of the transponder.  If you look at the CC 
values, you seem to be missing one or two chunks each time, which would 
indeed give the blocking / glitches you see.  If your satellite card and 
NIC are sharing interrupts or even a cheaper bridge chip on the 
motherboard, you could end up with problems.  Also, have you tried 
without the 9k MTU, does this change the number of CC errors?
