I think the gained knowledge is no divulged so there is no NDA breach.

Maybe we should talk to Deltacast if their intention was to limit the
support for their hardware by using the NDA. If that is the case, we
certainly should remove the support for their cards from DVBlast [1].

I'm adding contact at deltacast.tv to the CC, I hope they react.
