[dvblast-devel] DVB-C annex B support

Make sure when you configure your TBS drivers with dvb-c support.

Something like:
./v4l/tbs-x86_64.sh
./v4l/tbs-dvbc-x86_64.sh
make
make install

(in this order)

It is possible that TBC drivers are not supporting it properly and thus are
not
working.
