[dvblast-devel] [patch] improve FreeBSD support and Makefile

Hi!

I'm trying to build dvblast on FreeBSD, here are some patches I've
needed for that.

- add missing #include <netinet/in.h> for struct in_addr
- be more friendly to CFLAGS set from outside
- discover libev through pkg-config
