[dvblast-devel] [patch] improve FreeBSD support and Makefile

Hi Dmitry,

I have merged the first two patches, but I have a problem with the last one : on my ubuntu (for instance) there is no pkg-config for libev, so it would be a regression. There should be a fall-back to -lev in case pkg-config fails.
