[dvblast-devel] Passthrough has no effect

Hello,

the -3/--passthrough parameter currently has no effect. The reason is
that the variable b_passthrough is set during cmdline parsing, but never
used (the output_config_t struct has a similar variable by the way).
My understanding was that I can use this parameter - without any other
output method - in order to e.g. easily do a transponder dump. Is this
correct?
