[libdvbpsi-devel] Subtitle injection

Hi:

I'm looking for a solution to inject subtitles into a stream for DVB-S.
Basically, we have three channels that will go live but we have the subtitle
text ready before. I want to insert the subtitles (and synchronize with live
performance). Is libdvbpsi the tool for that?

This is what I thought:

Encoder <- ASI -> Linux box with libdvbpsi + custom software to insert the
subtitles <- ASI -> DVB-S modulator

is that OK? If so, which ASI card would you recommend?. Also, I'm not sure
how to generate the subtitles bitmaps. All help is appreciated.
