[ANN] libdvdcss 1.2.1

   The VideoLAN team is happy to announce version 1.2.1 of libdvdcss,  
a portable DVD access library.

   This release fixes a bug preventing to read a DVD when its region did
not match the drive's region. Also, a QNX port was added.
