I've alredy done a patch for it. I see that I only sent it to
libdvdcss-user though. I don't have a RPC-II myself to test with.
(Or make a tool to help people check / set the region).

I haven't had time to look at it. I'm a bit worried how it will deal with
loose files (i.e both single vobs and remotely mounted DVDs).
I've got some thought about teh API in general too.. I'm wondering if
one shoudln't expose a bit more to the caller. Like wether it's fast to
get the keys or not, if there actually is any CSS protection at all.
Possibly region information too.
