Problems running make when building libdvdcss

I'm trying to install libdvdcss, but when I run 'make' after  
configuring it, this is what it says:

make  all-recursive
Making all in src
Making all in dvdcss
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all-am'.
Making all in test
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
Making all in doc
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.

Am I doing something wrong?
