I don't see how that API is related to the proposed standard.

It appears to be a way to export static playlists over D-Bus, which
MediaPlayer2.Playlists doesn't do. And MediaServer2Spec doesn't seem
to have a way to select a playlist to play, which is the point of
MediaPlayer2.Playlists.
