You need to adjust the thresholds to the stream you are recording. Mine was ~2 Mbits/s so I have ~5 ms between UDP packets, and hard-coded 1 ms/10 ms thresholds, but if yours is above 10 Mbits/s you may have less than 1 ms between packets.
