[multicat-devel] Adding delay in a live multicast stream

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way to add a delay into a live multicast
stream.

I mean, I have a multicast stream in 239.255.0.1 and I want to retransmit
that content into a new multicast stream (for instance 239.255.0.2) with a
one hour delay.

OffseTS and Multicat utilities seem a good point of start to think about
it. Any suggestion?
