[streaming] slight a/v offset using mpeg4

hi all,

i built a vlc using mpeg4 and i experience a slight unsync between audio and
video wich is not present when using mpeg1 as a codec. i stream from an
acquisition card, bttv that is.

i think the offset is getting a little smaller when i set vt= close to 0
(for any reason it doesn't accept 0 itself).

can anyone comment on this, maybe even help? ;)

my wishes,
/jc
