Audio problem with VLC.

On the server side it looks like the audio is delayed, on the client halv of
the audio is missing. ½sec sound then 1sec silence and the ½sec sound
... It
is not a bandwith problem, I have tried with different resolutions and
different codec’ and still the same result. I have also tried connecting two
directly together. I have also tried different values in the varibles (like
vb, vt and ab).

One of my setting looks like this:
vlc -vvv
v4l:/dev/video0:norm=pal:frequency=8802:size=640x480:channel=0:adev=/dev/dsp
:audio=0
--sout
'#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mpga,vb=3000,ab=128,vt=800000,keyint=80,deint
erlace}:std{access=udp,mux=ts,url=10.0.0.1}' --ttl 12

The video is looking good, no delay and no missing frames.

----Why can't I get the complete audio stream on the client?----

Small ekstra problem –when I stop VLC on the server the sound continues, why
???

Thanks
-Christian
