If you are multicasting the video then you need to look into using a switch
that supports IGMP.  IGMP manages multicast traffic so that each endpoint
only receives the video stream it is requesting.  The cheapest IGMP capable
switch that I know of is the DLink DES-3226, which is about $350 (USD).
