These messages aren't errors, they are [INFO/Vls] that you get when you 
launch vls with the "verbose" option.

>Time discontinuity in PS stream
>New Pid assigned: 81

These messages are also info. They tell you what PIDs (Program IDentifiers) 
the vls assigns to individual streams (audio, video, padding...) inside the 
MPEG-2 Transport Stream.

I've got that error with some files. I think, this errors occurs because the 
file doesn't have the "MPEG_program_end_code"="0x 00 00 01 B9" at his end. I 
append this code to the files that gave me that error and then the error was 
fixed. You can append the program_end_code with a simple program in C for 
example, is easy to do. If you don't know how to do it, mail me directly and 
I will send you how I fix this.
