Also used to implement RTSP client support for mplayer.

There is work left to do before it provides full trickplay
capabilities (pause, fast forward, rewind). I am working on
the client aspects of that for mplayer but I'm delayed a
little working on other stuff.

There would also need to be work done to implement RTSP server
support for trickplay, but it shouldn't be *too* difficult; the
LIVE.COM Streaming Media software does what it does admirably.
