[streaming] no sound in stream :(

I have a some question. I am streaming from dvb. It's very cool, but
in sometime it have lost audio stream. In my log file:
[00000204] main input warning: clock gap, unexpected stream
discontinuity.
How can i fix it?
How can i add my logo picture in stream on server side?
