Hi,

I have downloaded vls, libdvdpsi, libdvdcss, and
libdvdread from the website, compiled them through
cross compiler (uclibc). However I got the following
errors when I run vls on a powerpc target,

/usr/local/bin # ./vls -vv -d udp:239.0.0.1
file:VTS_01_1.VOB

R_PPC_REL24: Compile shared libraries with -fPIC!

I checked dvdreader.so was compiled with -fPIC
already. Anyway to work around this problem, can I
compile dvdreader as a built-in module? If so, how to
do it.

Thanks in advance,

JJ
