Im assuming you have the appropriate irdeto head end setup? Cyphercast / mcrypt / pisys / etc ....?

Basically you send the clear stream to the irdeto headend, it encrypts the stream and then forwards it to the stb, which in turn decrypts it assuming you have a entitled smart card in it.

This really isnt a discussion that is suitable for these forums, and should either be raised with Irdeto or Amino.
