The cheaper and best supported card i found is the Hauppauge Nova-S + CA
module.

The CA/CAM handling is done high-level at the application software, not a
device driver level.

Some examples to do that are included in the libdvb 0.5.4 sources (cam_test
and cam_set programs) or in VDR that actually support CAM handling.

I dont think a single CAM can decrypt more than one channel at same time. To
do that a soft-cam can be implemented and used, but it is not legal.

Anyway, the best way to stream DVB-S crypted channels is to implement into
the VLS dvb-input module, the cam/ci handling layer.
