We're busy investigating different ways to do signal distribution on 
behalf of a content provider, so we will have the rights to access (and 
distribute) the content when the time comes. We're just trying to find a 
cheaper way of doing this than some thing like a Tandberg setup (just 
one example of what we're looked at), as we want to put in lots of 
little IPTV gateways, rather than one big one.

Is this something that has already been done, or is it something I would 
have to work on from scratch?
