server:~# vlc -I dummy --extraintf http
VideoLAN Client - version 0.2.92 Ourumov - (C)1996-2001 VideoLAN
intf error: unknown option `http'

Typing "vlc --novideo --noaudio -I dummy dvd:/dev/scd1
udp://192.168.0.124:1234" seems to set the DVD light blinking, but no
video shows up on the client (which I started with 'vlc udp://@:1234' as
instructed).

Anybody got any ideas?

TIA,

Jon
